A Global Flavor
Journey
Welcome to Buford Highway AKA the DeKalb International Corridor AKA Chambodia! It's no secret to Atlantans that if you want the most authentic version of any international cuisine, this is the place to be. The neighborhoods and cities along BuHi have transformed over the past half-century into an incredibly diverse area, which is reflected in the sheer variety and volume of global restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and farmers' markets.
On this trip, we'll start with a bite at Ethiopian flavors. We'll continue with several more Asian and Latin restaurants before finishing with a sweet treat at a contemporary Korean-French bakery, All dishes have been carefully curated to be emblematic of their countries of origin, while still being completely at home here in Georgia. Restaurants we'll visit include mom-and-pop shops as well as Michelin Guide selections, some set in strip malls and some free-standing.
Come hungry, but pace yourself. It's a lot of food. You can make this into a private tour by booking all seven tickets on an already scheduled tour.
