Cancellation Policy

Tours operate rain or shine, within reason. Our tours take place mostly indoors, so a little rain won't hurt us. Of course, if we're experiencing dangerous weather (tornadoes, blizzards, hurricanes, etc.), we may not operate. We will inform you of weather-related cancellations as soon as possible. Free cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour's scheduled start time. Half the tour price is charged if canceled less than 8 hours before the start time. No shows will be charged the full price of the tour.
